Return Policy
We pride ourselves in offering unique products and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things simply don’t work out as planned and we understand. Wolfy-Collection gladly accepts returns on most damage free, unworn and unwashed items within 14 days from delivery date.
We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before placing it:
- Select the correct size and color for your desired item(s).
- Review the product descriptions and size charts thoroughly.
- Contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Returnable Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, with labels and tags intact. The product should not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to reject returned items if there is suspicion that the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Shipping Costs
The costs of returning the product(s) in question are at your own expense. We advise to send the order back using the most cost-effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or colour? Simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
How to Return an Item
- Send an email to goodvibes@wolfy-collection.com with your order number and reason of return to receive the return form.
- Fill in the return form carefully and follow the instructions provided.
- Reply to Wolfy-collection’s email with a filled-out return form attached.
- Print the return form.
- Pack the items securely and include the completed return form in the package.
- Bring the return shipment to the carrier of your choice.
Refunds
To ensure efficient processing, please include follow the instructions carefully. Incomplete returns may be delayed or ineligible for a refund. Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the items for any damage or signs of wear before processing the refund. If the items are in good condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount via the original payment method within 30 days. Please note that the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Changes to the Policy
The Return Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices. Please check for updates regularly. If you have a Wolfy-collection account, you will receive a notification when the Return Policy gets updated.
